🌊 About Me — From the Ocean to Your Transformation

I didn’t grow up near the beaches of Sydney, but the ocean has always been my first home.
Swimming became my refuge as a kid, especially through years of school bullying. It taught me resilience, discipline, and the power of rebuilding yourself through movement.

That path led me to competitive swimming, national Surf Life Saving, first-aid work, rehabilitation, personal training, and eventually owning a CrossFit gym in Paris.

But something deeper was calling me.

I sold everything, took one suitcase, and moved to Sydney to live the life I always felt connected to — the ocean, the openness, the lifestyle, the freedom.

We can even go together to the supermarket, so you learn how to choose the right products, read labels and organise your week.

  • sleep and recovery

  • discipline without pressure

Tools are inspired by CBT and behaviour change (David D. Burns).
